Circle November 23 on your calendar; that’s the day BC Professional Firefighters will be at VGH promoting the fiery 
2013 Hall of Flame Calendar.
The firefighters will set up in front of the Gift Shop in the Jim Pattison Pavilion at VGH. Come by between 11:45 am and 1:15 pm to say hello and get your calendar signed by each month’s feature firefighter. They make great gifts for the upcoming holiday season.
These generous men volunteer their time and smiles for this project. The money raised goes to the BC Professional Firefighters’ Burn Fund and a number of selected charities. The Burn Fund serves patients at VGH by supporting the BC Professional Firefighters’ Burn, Plastic and Trauma Unit. This unit has the reputation as one of the best places in the country for its specialized care with burn survivors.
Calendars are only $20 each including tax; cash only please.
