A good use of your time

Our thanks to everyone who gave us feedback on April’s Vancouver All-Staff Forum. We sent a survey to all 294 people who registered with CCRS, and we’re pleased to say 37% responded.

Overall, the results are positive — more people than ever said attending the ASF was a good use of their time. You also told us that we could make ASF an even better experience by allowing more time for dialogue — and we agree.

Reserving more time for open Q & A will be a priority for our next Vancouver All-Staff Forum on July 16 when we’ll talk dollars and sense about delivering quality care within budget. Watch for registration details coming your way soon.

In the meantime, don’t hesitate to contact us at any time. You can email us at our new address: onevancouver@vch.ca.

By allowing more time for open Q & A, we’re hoping our scores to the following three questions will improve. We’ll keep working on this and we encourage you to contact us at any time — no need to wait for the next forum; we answers staff questions every week.
