Patient thanks LGH emergency department staff for being ‘fantastic’

I have just returned from several hours in the emergency room at Lions Gate Hospital due to atrial fibrillation. Every single staff member that I dealt with was fantastic. Dr. Adam Davidson was wonderful, he really calmed me down and took the time to sit down and answer all of my questions, which I hugely appreciated. I find most medical professionals don’t take the time to do that these days.

Allison and my other nurse Chari (sp?) were also really wonderful. I so much appreciate the kindness and knowledge of the staff. When you’re feeling really nervous because of a medical condition you don’t know very much about, this kind of attitude makes all the difference in the world.
