I mainly answer email, but also do everything I can to help health inspectors and licensing officers do their jobs without interference.

Despite my accent, I’m not Scottish – I was born and raised in Yorkshire, England.
Favorite hobby:
Volunteering with North Shore Rescue.
Three things you always have in your fridge:
Yoghurt, HP Sauce and Cadbury’s Flake Bars.
What makes you happy?
Doing anything with my wife and kids, head massages from my boy and visiting family in the UK.
Most healthy habit:
I almost always walk to the pub.
Favourite vacation spot or place you’ve visited:
Nepal.
