Deadline for submitting your 2012 Pacific Blue Cross claims is fast approaching. Any claims for services provided in 2012 must be received at the Pacific Blue Cross office by June 30, 2013. Don’t delay and submit your claims well in advance of this date to ensure that Pacific Blue Cross receives them in time. You can download claim forms from the Pacific Blue Cross website at http://www.pac.bluecross.ca/Corp/members/forms/ehc-hsa-form.aspx or on the VCH Intranet at http://vchconnect.vch.ca/programs_services/records_and_benefits/forms/page_33635.htm. You can also file your claims on line directly with Pacific Blue Cross. For further information, please visit their website at http://www.pac.bluecross.ca/corp/members/ and register for new user access if you do not already have CareNet sign-in access.
