The Provincial Government will reverse the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) effective April 1, 2013. This change in taxation removes the Provincial Sales Tax (PST) portion set at (6.67%) from the Lower Mainland collected parking revenues. As a result, both the employee and public parking rates at Richmond Hospital will be reduced as follows:
