VCH is once again supporting our communities through a 2013 United Way employee campaign – and we want your help. To continue our involvement with United Way, we are establishing a small team of interested staff and physicians willing to donate some of their time to promote the campaign when it launches in late-October. We aren’t going to ask much of you, only that you have an interest in your community and are able to spread the word around our employee payroll deduction process. You might even want to stage some one-off events to promote United Way and encourage support but our intent is not to suck up your valuable time and energy knowing just how busy you all are. Last year we raised almost $30,000 from employees across VCH and hope we can hit that same mark – or higher – this year. It was a generous contribution that impacted the lives of those in our communities who received support through United Way, thanks to you.
