CST News: ready to design, build and integrate

Great news! The CST project is in the final days of the Strategy and Verification phase and will be moving into the Design, Build and Integrate phase soon. This means that the project is almost ready to begin the clinical design work that will result in one, unified clinical-information system for VCH, PHC and PHSA.
