Green+Leaders are staff volunteers from the Lower Mainland Health Authorities, trained and supported as sustainability role models. They help foster sustainable behaviour in the areas of materials reduction, energy conservation and sustainable transportation.
We have trained over 250 Green+Leaders at VCH, PHSA, PHC and FHA. There may be a Green+Leader in your department or at your worksite. If not, there are still a few spots in our upcoming January training.
Get connected with like-minded colleagues:
The Green + Leaders program ensures volunteers enjoy meaningful and satisfying roles, and have the tools to help create more environmentally sustainable workplaces. Most importantly, the program gives volunteers the opportunity to connect and network with like-minded colleagues while having some fun along the way.
