Indu retires

Indu Bhalla was our team leader on 4North. She has been a nurse for 37 years, and worked at Richmond since March 1980.

Indu made us all feel welcome with her positive attitude and caring manner. She is a shining example of what a fair and wonderful nurse should be. Her presence at work creates an optimistic environment which makes everyone strive for excellence. It is no coincidence, with all her great qualities, that she is loved and will be remembered fondly by all her colleagues.

Thank you Indu for your enthusiasm, your leadership, your gift of mindful listening, and for getting us through those difficult times at work. You will be missed. We wish you the very best in the future, and thank you for your many years of nursing service.
