Congratulations to education research prize winners

During the month of  September,  a team of nurse researchers from Clinical Education collected data from registered nurses on selected medical-surgical units regarding organizational culture and attitudes towards continuing education. A draw was held to award two prizes.  We are pleased to announce that Kelli Belanger and Jena Church are the lucky winners and received reimbursement for their 2013 CRNBC dues.  Congratulations Kelli and Jena! We’d like to thank everyone who participated in supporting this important research at VCH.  Results will be available in Spring 2014. The research project conducted by the Clinical Education team was funded through the VCH Research Challenge competition and BC Nurses Union and UBC School of Nursing. The VCH Research Challenge is a program run by the VCH Research Institute and VCH Professional Practice that supports point-of-care clinicians to conduct small-scale research projects leading to patient care improvements.
