Education Fund now accepting applications

Is there a course, workshop or conference you’re interested in attending? Further to Mike’s blog posting a few weeks ago, The Richmond Education Fund is now accepting applications from all staff and physicians.

The Richmond Education Fund provides financial assistance to selected physicians and staff within the Richmond Community of Care to acquire new knowledge in order to benefit the applicant’s practice and improve patient / client / resident care and outcomes, in alignment with the Richmond CoC strategic direction and vision.  Funding is available to all staff, leaders, and physicians within the Richmond Community of Care who wish to attend an educational offering such as a conference, workshop, or course or to attain a specialty certification related to their area of practice or professional development.

Please refer to the Guidelines for additional details about the fund and application process. Those interested in attending an education opportunity this year should read the guidelines carefully, and submit an application to your manager or leader. We expect that there will be many applications submitted, so we encourage you to submit your application as early as possible.
