T’ai Chi classes start this spring

The RHS Employee Fitness Center would like to start its first series of T’ai Chi classes in May 2014.  It will be taught by our very own Kim Eang, from Staffing.  She has been teaching this martial art form for 15 years!

T’ai chi is a self-healing system of slow, graceful exercises that combine movement, meditation and rhythmic breathing to improve well-being and prevent illness.

We need at least 8 committed employees to sign up for the 8 session series in order to hold the class.

Details are as follows:

  Day/Time: Starting May 6, every Tuesday from 4:15-5:15pm

  Location: TBD

  Cost:  Fitness members: $16 for all 8 sessions

             Non-fitness members: $60 for all 8 sessions

             Drop ins welcome, cost TBD
