Canadian Forces’ Decoration Ceremony
Congratulations to three VCH staff members on receiving the Canadian Forces’ Decoration. The Decoration is awarded to officers and non-commissioned members of the Canadian Armed Forces who have completed 12 years of service and who possess a good record of conduct.
Capt Ybee Canicula, a Critical Care Nursing Officer employed in the ICU at the Vancouver General Hospital received the Canadian Forces’ Decoration for twelve years of outstanding service to Queen and Country.
Lt(N) Debra Fredericks, a Peri-Operative Nursing Officer employed at the Lions Gate Hospital received the Canadian Forces’ Decoration 1 clasp bar for twenty-two years of dedicated service to Queen and Country.
Capt Dawn Thompson, the Detachment Commander of the Canadian Forces Trauma Training Centre-Vancouver received the Canadian Forces’ Decoration 1 clasp bar for twenty-two years of dedicated service to Queen and Country.
