Taking Care of Me: employee workshop series launches June 4, 2014!
Healthcare workers are notorious for taking great care of their patients and/or clients but not always taking as great care of themselves. The Taking Care of Me Series has been developed to offer professional education and personal development opportunities to support VCH employees to take the best possible care of themselves.
Taking Care of Me is a series of free workshops conveniently scheduled so employees can attend on their own time and developed around the most important areas of our lives –Health & Wellness, Career, Relationships and Family. These are hands-on interactive sessions that are based on current knowledge, provided by topic experts, and designed for maximum impact for busy lives.
