On a scale of 1 to 10?

I cannot find the right words with which to express my whole-hearted appreciation for the splendid services I received from all of you. Unexpectedly but noticeable is the very orderly and systemic flow of activities, each one to his/her own realm of assignment, masterly performed.

To everyone we salute you for being very patient & tolerant, amiable, approachable and with ever ready helping hands. We hesitate to name names lest we appear to be partial for whatever praise we say for one is the same for everyone from the team leader down to the housekeeper. In fact, it surprised us to observe the almost perfect performance of each one to his/her own scope of work, specific and detailed, which to us is probably the secret of the smooth, flawless achievement of the day by day work. The team leadership and cooperation from everyone exceed the splendid expectation of their patients.

This reflects on the whole hospital administration policies. Starting from the very first day the paramedics, Mr. Clint & partner came to take me we already felt the efficiency and smooth flow of activities straight to the ER & finally to where I was transferred to your care.

In our 22 years here in Richmond, this is our first hospitalization experience and without hesitation I can shout out loud to say “I feel proud to be CANADIAN.”

So thank you, thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts.

With sincere appreciation,

P.S. My husband, serious but jokingly said “If I were to grade these people from 1 – 10, even 11 is not enough.”
