CST Question

Q: Are the right people involved in designing the new clinical practices and clinical information system?

We chose the design team members and subject matter experts (SMEs) using multiple criteria including, but not limited to:

• current area of work
• skill set excellence
• leadership potential
• inter-organizational awareness
• willingness to be involved in the CST project

We also took deliberate care to ensure appropriate representation of facilities, sites, specialties and relationships. Team members and SMEs are listed on the CSTproject.ca website, in the Clinical Transformation section.
