OASIS program reopening on August 25
A VCH program for North Shore osteoarthritis sufferers is moving to the LionsGateHospital campus, making it a little more central for all involved.
The OASIS program – Osteoarthritis Service Integration System – is an assessment and referral program that helps people with osteoarthritis self-manage their condition and access support services at any stage of the disease. Formerly located at the West Community Centre, the program is now in the process of moving and will reopen Monday, August 25 at:
Main floor
Rehabilitation Services
LionsGateHospital
231 E. 15th St.
North Vancouver
The hours of operation (8:30 am – 4:30 pm) will remain the same as will the main number for the program (604-904-6177).
