The month of October is your opportunity to enroll in the Canada Savings Bond Payroll Savings Program (CSB). You will be amazed at how quickly the savings will grow.

AFFORDABLE:

For as little as $4 per pay period, you can contribute to a plan through automatic deductions from your pay. Your savings begin earning interest from the day your funds are received. Your contributions will start with your December 12th pay advice.

EASY:

Go to www.csb.gc.ca and select Employees then Register Login. Plan registration, contributions and redemptions are all managed through this site.

You will need:

• VCH employer code – 36980
• Your employee ID, found on your pay advice

SAFE:

CSBs are fully backed by the Government of Canada.

ACCESSIBLE:

You can access your money any time online.

On-Line access is available from Oct. 1 to Nov. 1, 2014 at 8:00 p.m. (ET).

If you are currently enrolled in the CSB program and do not want to make any changes, do nothing! Your current deductions will continue unchanged.
