Flu Fighters: report it right!
We get it – sometimes superheroes slip up. We’ve had a few hundred staff and physicians report their flu shot on the wrong webpage. There are two separate websites depending on whether you are medical staff or regular staff. After you transformed into a Flu Fighter from your flu shot, be sure to report it on the right site, otherwise your manger will approach you thinking you still haven’t received your flu shot.
If you are VCH staff…
Please report your flu shot within two days of being immunized. Visit https://flu.vch.ca. It takes less than one minute to complete.
If you are VCH medical staff…
Doctors, dentists, midwives and nurse practitioners, fellows and other regulated health professionals (scientific & research staff, podiatrists, psychologists, denturists, etc.) can self-report through one of the following methods:

Win a mini iPad!
Snap a selfie (a photo of yourself) when you get your flu shot and submit it to the VCH Facebook page and be entered to win one of two mini-iPads!
Wear a superhero costume and submit your photo getting a flu shot by November 15. And if you’ll be wearing a mask for the season instead, take a selfie wearing a mask.
No superhero costume? Post your flu shot selfie by December 1.
If you don’t have a Facebook account email your submission to fluprevention@vch.ca with Super Selfie as the subject. The same deadlines listed above apply.
