VGH cafeteria renovating to serve you better
We’re renovating Sassafrass cafeteria to support a brand new menu featuring fresh, nutritious and mouth-watering foods prepared from scratch daily by our chefs.
We apologize for the disruption and hope you’ll join us in December to try some of exciting menu options available at our new “Max Mexican” and made-to-order noodles stations. In the meantime, here’s what you need to know:
When
Thursday, November 27 (2 pm) until Wednesday, December 3 (6:30 am)
Menu
A temporary cafeteria will be operating in the Sassafras Round Room during construction, where we’ll offer beverages, sandwiches, salads and soup during normal business hours.
Access limitations
The dining room will remain open during renovations, but access from Jim Pattison Pavilion will be restricted on two days. To visit the cafeteria and dining room at the following times, please access from the Centennial Pavilion, 3rd floor:
- Thursday, November 27 from 3 to 7 pm
- Tuesday, December 2 from 6 to 11 am
