This week, Global’s News Hour went behind-the-scenes at Lions Gate Hospital, with reporter Elaine Yong getting the low-down on how the food our patients receive is planned, prepared and delivered. The two-minute news story aired Feb. 4 and was part of a three-part series on health-related issues, showing viewers some of the aspects of healthcare that they typically wouldn’t get a chance to see.
