Everyone’s a winner with the new 50/50 staff lottery! Not only can you win big bucks, but you are also contributing to acute and community patient/client needs through the VGH UBC Hospital Foundation.

To participate in in the lottery, you must be an employee paid by VCH and over the age of 19. You only need to sign up once to be part of the lottery for the entire year.

Please complete the attached form (rules and regulations are included) and send it to:

Those forwarding completed forms before November 5^th will be eligible for the November 27^th initial draw. Tickets will be emailed to participants after October 28^th.
