Deadline for North Shore Health Care Award nominations is Monday

A friendly reminder that the deadline for submitting nominations for the 2015 North Shore Health Care Awards is Monday, November 2nd at 4 pm. Nominations can be submitted online at the link below, or can be submitted via email or dropped off at the Foundation office.

“You all do such amazing work, so I would like to encourage you all to recognize the dedication and hard work of your colleagues by nominating them for an award,” says Judy Savage, President, Lions Gate Hospital Foundation. “We accept nominations in three different categories and will once again be funding a $1,000 prize to each winner.”

Who is eligible?

  •  All staff currently employed by VCH and working on the North Shore
  • All physicians with active privileges on the North Shore
