What’s new in CareConnect? The Provincial eHealth Services team is proud to present the latest version of the Provincial eHealth Viewer, CareConnect 3.4, available as of October 6. You now have greater control over the way you view patient information. Access patient information quicker by combining the following filter options to view specific labs, encounters, or documents:

• Labs (filter by Test Types, Reporting Labs, Out-of-range Results)
  Example: Filter for any out-of-range Albumin/Creatinine results for the patient in the past 2 years
• Encounters (filter by Facilities, Services, Patient Types, Providers, Source Systems)
  Example: Filter for visits the patient has had to St. Paul’s Hospital in the past 3 months
• Documents (filter by Facilities, Document Types, Source Systems)
  Example: Filter for any discharge summaries available within the 15 most recent documents for this patient
