The good news

Video can be a great addition to the communications toolbox in a large organization like VCH. Several VCH departments use video by uploading it to YouTube and then embedding the video in a VCH News article,  as in the example below.

The bad news

Video is great… when it works! At VCH some staff report that videos don’t play back well for them or don’t play back at all!
