About the survey
This is an important survey as it is an opportunity for all VCH, FH, PHSA, and PHC staff to provide feedback on the elevators in your site and help us improve our elevator service across the Lower Mainland Health Organizations.
Elevator services
The Facilities Maintenance and Operations Department is currently reviewing the maintenance and condition of the elevators across the Lower Mainland Health Authorities. This process is being completed to understand where some of the gaps in service may be occurring and make corrective actions.
Since elevators affect all of us, we would like to hear your thoughts and opinions on the elevator conditions through the following survey. We appreciate any and all information that you can provide on either your experience, or the experience that you have witnessed while being with a patient/client.
