Dear Fantastic Health Care Team of UBC Urgent Care,

I would like to acknowledge the most excellent, professional, and humanistic care provided to me today in your department.  I can honestly say as a fellow health care worker who has witnessed less than ideal care within our industry, you all do a job above and beyond.  It is more than apparent what high standards you uphold. You’re appreciated — each and every one of you!  Thank you again and many blessings to you all!
