It has been stressful for us in helping my dad to move and settle into the care home.  We really appreciate the assistance and the advice that you have provided us, and the wonderful service that my dad has been receiving from the staff at Lions Manor.  My dad seems to have adapted to his new living environment after the first few days.  All of these have reduced a lot of our stress and worries.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to you for your understanding, compassion, patience, professionalism, and your prompt actions in attending to my dad’s needs.

Thanks again to you and your team for the great care, kindness, dedication, and expertise which meant so very much to us.  You are truly doing God’s work.
