Grady gets his annual flu shot to help protect his patients, as they are mostly over 70 years old and have diabetes.

Report your flu shot or mask option and you could win! Everyone is asked to report online but if you do so by December 1, you’ll be entered to win a multitude of prizes including a Fitbit Blaze Smart Watch and $20 coffee cards.

You’ll need to know your employee ID number
If you work in more than one health authority you only need to report once
