Open House Heatley CHC Monday from 1pm-4pm
After five years of intensive consultation, planning and implementation, the work VC set out to accomplish through the DTES 2nd Generation Strategy is substantially completed and we have a new model of care. The new model brings together existing services into three integrated Community Health Centres (CHC) – Pender, Powell and Heatley. This new model of care will be fully implemented across the DTES as of January 23, 2018.
