Calling all North Shore staff and physicians!

To celebrate the imminent arrival of spring, Lions Gate Hospital Foundation is celebrating March 7 – 9 with its annual Swing into Spring event! Join in on the fun-filled three days of staff events in support of your colleagues as all funds raised will go toward the new medical and surgical centre.

Wednesday, March 7th – 5th Annual Dodge Ball Tournament

4 pm-5:30 pm
LGH Gym -$10 per player, includes a bottle of water

Or teams can come by the Foundation office to sign up at the front desk. Please share with your staff/colleagues and encourage them to get a team together! Deadline for registration is Friday, March 2.

Thursday, March 8th – Food Truck Lunch Thursday

11 am-2 pm
On 15th Street outside LGH Main Entrance

Participating vendors include Tacofino, Cheezee Does it, and Triple Os. Ten per cent of all lunch sales go toward the new Medical & Surgical Centre

Friday, March 9th – Brew Bash

6 – 9 pm at Black Kettle ( 720 Copping St.)

Mark your calendars for a fun night out at the Black Kettle near Marine Drive. Tickets are $25 and include a burger & chips and a beer from their food truck and bar. There will be raffle prizes (brewery tour + dinner, free beers, and brewery swag). There will also be a 50/50 raffle.  People can purchase tickets at the Foundation offices.
