Anyone with an interest in addictions is encouraged to watch a special documentary screening at the Vancouver International Film Festival. The House I Live In, documents America’s “War on Drugs”, which has accounted for 45 million arrests, made America the world’s largest jailer, and damaged poor communities at home and abroad. The film won the Grand Jury Prize at the Sundance Film Festival in 2012.
