We are pleased to announce another ‘Step up to the Plate’ workshop for all VCH front line clinicians. Learn about Brief Interventions for Healthy Living
We all know that eating well, being active and living tobacco-free are key to wellness and to chronic disease prevention/ management. Supporting your clients or patients to make these healthy changes can be difficult.
As health professionals, we have a strong influence on the health of our clients. In Step Up to the Plate we’ll give you the tools you need to make a difference. At the end of this relaxed and interactive session, you will be confident talking to your clients about healthy eating, active living and tobacco use.
In the Step Up to the Plate workshop, you will learn a brief, simple and effective intervention to help you support and promote healthy choices to your clients. Please visit the CCRS site and register today. https://ccrs.vch.ca/secure/Signin.aspx
