Join Clinical Education in congratulating our first group of participants to complete the New Grad Program Workshop Series!
These New Grads have just completed the program; Stephanie Busayong, Hoika Chan, Chantelle Chandra, Vivian Chui, Linda Dao, Rachelle Rosa, Joanne Fung, Megan Griffiths, Angel Huang, Ka Wai Leung, Tina Na, Carson Ma, Kiran Mooker, Carolyn Sherwin, Lisa Shin, Jessica Tsao, Sharleen Uy, Vera Wong and Winne Yeh.
The New Grad Program provides new RN/RPN graduates with learning opportunities that encourage confidence and competence as they transition into practice. The workshops are a series of 4 separate classroom days which focus on Transitioning from a student to the RN/RPN role, Advancing clinical decision making, Developing professional presence and communication skills, and Leadership skills at the bedside.
This program is offered to RN/RPN’s who have graduated in the past 12 months providing valuable additional support to New Grads.
