Lower Mainland Consolidation (LMC) Business Initiatives and Support Services (BISS) manages the Housekeeping vendor contracts. We want to know, how clean is your work area? BISS Housekeeping is conducting an anonymous survey with staff on the perception of cleanliness in your work area and the overall cleanliness of the facility, and we need your help. Love it or hate it we need to know! Who better than you to tell us what’s clean, dirty or if we missed a spot?
All staff across the Lower Mainland, especially frontline workers are encouraged to complete the confidential LMC Housekeeping Survey. It only takes 10 minutes!
Survey results will be used to monitor the satisfaction level of staff, evaluate the quality of service being provided, and to drive and improve services across the Lower Mainland.
