Are you looking for patient and public input on how to improve services and patient experience? Two courses are now available, providing tools, methods and resources to gather feedback and include the ‘Patient/Public Voice’ in your work plans.
Community Engagement is pleased to offer two new courses in Spring 2012.
The objective of these courses is to provide staff with the knowledge and skills needed to involve members of the public * in providing feedback about our services and contributing to quality improvement processes.
*Patients, their family and loved ones, and other members of public who may be affected by our services.
The Community Engagement department offers three levels of training:
Course 1: Orientation — Thursday, February 21st, 8:30am–12:30pm
This four-hour interactive workshop provides tools to assess how and when to involve the public in service planning, the benefits and challenges of including members of the public, and the resources you can use to support this work.
