Dr. Paul Sugar, a palliative care physician at Lions Gate Hospital, was awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal last month. He was recognized for 30 years of skilled and compassionate medical care to the North Shore Community. Dr. Sugar’s unique practice style, utmost dedication and gentle approach to his patients have benefited countless residents on the North Shore.
