It’s your last chance…
…to have your voice heard. Tomorrow (Friday, June 28th) is the deadline for the People First Gallup Survey so if you haven’t filled it out, we encourage you to take this opportunity!
Why participate in the survey?
Many reasons but here’s a few key ones:
- The survey provides data you can use to start meaningful and action oriented dialogue with your managers and colleagues. It is a tool to get everyone on your team to share responsibility for creating a positive work environment.
- It’s a starting point for developing concrete action plans and tracking your progress over time.
- To help increase VCH’s participation rate, below are the response numbers compared to other health authorities. Currently, VCH has the fewest number of responses. But we’re still waiting for paper surveys to be counted and there’s still time to get yours in!
- It doesn’t take very long to complete the survey – and each individual contribution will help VCH and your team identify our current safety and engagement levels and aim to improve these!

How do I complete the survey
- Go to the Gallup survey website and enter the Access Code that was sent to you by email and/or letter.
- If you have not received your personally addressed envelope from Gallup, please contact VCH Employee Engagement.
- The survey takes about five to ten minutes, and your answers are confidential.
