Regional MedRec team shines!

Safer Healthcare for all Canadians. “Ask.Listen.Talk”

The Canadian Patient Safety Institute has recently published a booklet that “showcases the passion and commitment of health care providers and organizations across the country who are using Safer Healthcare Now! interventions to improve patient safety and quality of care.” The Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) and Providence Healthcare (PHC) MedRec team is featured on page 9 for their success implementing MedRec on admission in Acute and Residential Care facilities across the organization. Congratulations to the team – we commend their continued efforts to implement MedRec at all transitions of care.
