Holiday hours for Provincial Language Service call centre

Staff members who access interpreting services in order to provide quality care, please note the Provincial Language Service call centre will close early on the following dates:

• Tuesday, December 24 at 12 p.m.
• Tuesday, December 31 at 2 p.m.

The call centre is normally open 8 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, except statutory holidays. Callers to the number outside the normal hours are redirected to an after-hours service that handles urgent requests only.

On these three dates, the after-hours service will take over during the early closure. Callers can still access emergency interpreting services via the after-hours function during these times; they just won’t be able to book new appointments.
