2013 was another record year for VCH News, thanks to you! We had an exceptional number of responses to our survey and wanted to share some of the results with you.

Survey says!

Thanks to the 2,429 of you who completed the 2013 reader survey, almost quadruple the responses from last year. You told us that you read more editions of VCH News in 2013 (+5%) and that you clicked the headlines more often to read the full stories (+5%).

More of you said you submitted articles in 2013 (+3%), and more of you said you read the news from your VCH webmail or mobile device (+7%). You rated your interest in updates, announcements, staff recognition and VCH experts about the same as last year. There is more interest in articles on recognition (+22%), People in Profile (+11%), discounts and fun stuff (+8%) and In the Media highlights (+7%).

What changed?

VCH News was re-designed in 2013 to make it more user-friendly and to help highlight the news you have told us you like to read the most.
