Excellent results from the 2013 Biomedical Engineering Customer Survey
Each year the Lower Mainland Biomedical Engineering program has surveyed their customers to obtain feedback on the quality of the services provided, and to follow up with any concerns.
Starting from a very high benchmark set in 2012, the latest results show that survey scores have increased at all sites. The front line Biomedical Engineering staff continue to demonstrate their commitment to their customers and ultimately the patients, and it is encouraging to see this effort recognized.
Thank you to all staff who took the time to respond to the survey. The results form an important part of our quality improvement process. In recognition of the time and effort required to complete the survey as well as the consistently high results, the survey will now be run biannually, rather than annually. However, since customer feedback continues to be an important part of our operation, we welcome input at any time.
