We want to know what you think about cleanliness at work
LMC BISS Housekeeping is conducting a survey on the perception of cleanliness in your work area and the overall cleanliness of the facility.
Why?
The results of this survey will be used by us to evaluate the quality of service being provided at the locations across our Health Authority and strive for improvement.
We are looking for feedback from all stakeholders, but are particularly interested in feedback from frontline employees!
Take the survey
Click here to begin taking the survey – it closes on May 15th.
Please be assured that any information you provide will only be used for the purposes of this study. BISS will combine your answers with those of other participants and your specific responses will never be examined on an individual basis.
Thank you in advance for your participation!

When the regular housekeeper are working in our unit the areas are reasonably clean, though its worst when the reliever works on their days off. There are rooms that not even clean especially the isolation room and at times I have to call their attention to check the soap dispenser and paper towel . Not to mention the overflowing dirty linen (laundry) and garbage bin especially by the sink area ( for handwashing).
