Has the voice of your clients/patients been heard? You can find out by accessing the survey progress report for My Health My Community at the neighbourhood level. Overall, VCH has heard from 76% of our target of residents.

To get an accurate read on our residents, we need to hear from between 2-4% of the population. The survey closes June 30 and we still need to hear from about  4,300 VCH residents.

Bowen Island and Mount Pleasant have the highest survey completion rates so far. The District of West Vancouver and the Central Coast require the most survey completions yet to get an accurate picture of residents.

My Health My Community is a survey, launched by VCH, Fraser Health and the UBC e-Strategy office, to help us understand how our lifestyles, our neighbourhoods and our environment, all work together to affect our overall health and well-being. The survey results will be shared with municipal governments and community groups to help shape future programs & community services.
