Let’s celebrate colleagues, teams and initiatives that improve British Columbia’s health care system.

The BC Patient Safety & Quality Council is now accepting nominations for the 2015 Quality Awards. Award categories this year are: the four areas of care,  an outstanding leader and an Everyday Champion.

Nomination deadline

We’ve improved the submission process this year – it’s now much simpler to send us your nominations.

The deadline is July 16, 2014.

Prizes and recognition

• Winners will be awarded a $2,500 sponsorship to help support or disseminate learning from their projects, and will be presented with plaques in a ceremony at Health Talks on February 18, 2015.
• Each winner will also receive a complimentary registration for the Quality Forum on February 19 and 20, 2015.
• Winners of the four initiative-based awards will be invited to deliver a presentation at the Quality Forum.
