Reminder: Submit your 2013 Pacific Blue Cross claims before June 30, 2014

The deadline for submitting your 2013 Pacific Blue Cross claims is fast approaching. Any claims for services provided in 2013 must be received at the Pacific Blue Cross office by June 30, 2014

Do not delay, please submit your claims well in advance of this date to ensure that Pacific Blue Cross receives them in time.

You can download claim forms from the Pacific Blue Cross website or on VCH Connect: http://vchconnect.vch.ca/programs_services/records_and_benefits/page_13345.htm You can also file your claim via Caresnet online with Pacific Blue Cross.
