Wrap It Up Red

Canadian Blood Services is hosting the Wrap It Up Red campaign this holiday season. To a hospital patient and their family, there is no better gift. Make an appointment today at your nearest blood donor clinic and if you haven’t already, make sure to register online as a member of VCH’s Partners for Life group and have your donation count towards our annual pledge goal of 110 units. Currently, we are at 93 units and are close to reaching our target.

Why it’s important

As one of B.C.’s largest health authorities, we know all too well the importance of blood donation. Blood is used every minute of every day at hospitals across the country to treat trauma victims, cancer patients, transplant recipients and surgical patients. Let’s help give back to the blood bank this holiday season and reach our annual team goal of 110 units.
