Are you a registered nurse who is looking for an exciting and dynamic career in the operating room? Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) provides specialty training to registered nurses who wish to work effectively in the operating room.

The VCH Perioperative Nursing Program provides its students with an integrated approach to learning that includes theoretical coursework in a facilitated online environment, classroom instruction in the Centre of Excellence for Simulation Education and Innovation as well as hands-on clinical training in the VCH operating rooms. Participants are exposed to both circulating and scrub roles, under the direction of experienced and skilled on-site instructors.
