NEW! Mandatory Education page in CCRS for VCH staff

VCH employees can now view their Mandatory Education completion status in the CCRS.

By logging into the CCRS and clicking “My Training History,” staff can view their training history and/or their VCH Mandatory Education completion status. This new list displays mandatory education course titles for a variety of roles at VCH (employees, leaders, medical staff, volunteers) and indicates whether required courses are complete.

The VCH Mandatory Education Policy (Policy HR_4200) requires all VCH staff, leaders, medical staff, and volunteers to complete the mandatory education. This demonstrates our commitment to creating a safe workplace, meet the mandatory education expectations of the Senior Executive Team, and legal requirements of the Workers Compensation Act.

    I logged into CCRS and do see my “training history” tab but don’t have a “VCH Mandatory Education” tab. Looking at my profile on CCRS I wonder if it’s because it’s picking up both old and incorrect information for me. I am a VCH employee but I’m listed as “PHC”. I’ve updated as much as the incorrect information as I can but other fields are protected including Organization and Job title. Please advise. Thanks.
